Status: Feasibility Study

The Desoto BioFlex Complex was conceived as a forward-thinking industrial development aimed at supporting companies in the biomedical and life sciences industries. The proposal included three 15,000-square-foot shell buildings designed as flexible, leasable spaces for a range of tenants within the biomedical sector. A separate 5,000-square-foot administrative building was planned to provide shared operational and support services for the complex. The concept emphasized clean, modern design and functional efficiency, using a combination of glass, concrete, and metal finishes to create a cohesive and professional identity across the site. The layout encouraged adaptability and collaboration, positioning the complex as a potential hub for innovation and research-driven enterprises.
